Quick facts about
studying in the UK

The UK has a world-class long and successful history of excellence. Graduates who hold degrees and qualifications from UK educational institutions are widely accepted.

The UK educational community is multinational. About 40% or more of your classmates will be intentional students. It is a great way to meet people from all over the world.

The UK offers two main intakes. September/Oct – Jan/Feb – and June (available in select institutions)

English is the most spoken language. Therefore, you don’t need to go through the hassles of learning a second language.

The length of study time in the UK is short. For example, you can get a Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BSc) in three years, and a Master’s Degree (MA/MSc) takes one year.

You can travel and explore most cities within Europe from the UK.

You can get a post-study work visa – for up to two years.

As an international student in the UK, you can work up to 10 hours a week (undergraduate) or 20 hours a week(Postgraduate) during school term and up to full-time when school is out of term.

You need a valid UK study visa (your visa option will depend on your age and study duration.)
